Hellobrand is hosted on Bubble.io, which uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure. Your data is:

  • Encrypted in transit (SSL)
  • Access-controlled internally by authorized team members only

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to:

  • Remember login info
  • Track how users navigate the platform
  • Improve the user experience

You can disable cookies via your browser settings, but parts of the platform may not work properly if you do.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • For as long as your account is active

Welcome to Hellobrand. By using our platform, you’re agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What We Do

Hellobrand is a brand development platform that combines strategy tools, AI-driven content, brand health tracking, and access to expert advisors to help users build and grow brands.

2. Your Account

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate info during sign-up
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Hellobrand for personal, professional, or client brand development. You may not:

  • Resell, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our platform
  • Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Hellobrand is offered as a monthly or annual subscription.
  • Additional services (like Brand Advisor sessions) are purchased using tokens.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless covered by our Beta Guarantee or required by law.

5. Token Terms

Hellobrand Tokens are used for add-on services (e.g., expert sessions).

  • Tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase
  • Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • We may update token values, usage, or expiration rules with advance notice

If tokens are used fraudulently or against platform rules, we reserve the right to revoke them.

6. Platform Availability

We do our best to keep Hellobrand running smoothly and reliably. While we aim for 99% uptime, the platform may occasionally experience outages, bugs, or maintenance downtime. We’ll do our best to communicate any planned maintenance or unexpected disruptions in a timely manner.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from temporary unavailability, technical issues, or access interruptions.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Hellobrand uses AI to help generate strategy recommendations, brand content, and visual suggestions. While this can speed up your brand-building process, the outputs are generated automatically based on inputs and algorithms—not human review.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of the outputs. When in doubt, consult a professional.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You misuse the platform or tokens
  • You engage in fraudulent behavior

You may cancel anytime; your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our platform. You’ll be notified, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, D.C. All disputes must be handled in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Statement

1. Your Content

Anything you create or upload (e.g., brand strategies, inputs, or drafts) is yours. We do not own or share your brand work.

2. Advisor Confidentiality

All Hellobrand advisors have signed agreements to protect your confidential business and brand information. Sessions are not recorded or shared without your permission.

3. Platform IP

All Hellobrand tools, templates, AI workflows, content, and code belong to Hellobrand, Inc.
 You may use them to build your own brand, but you may not:

  • Copy or distribute platform assets
  • Claim them as your own
  • Use them to build competing tools

4. Third-Party Materials and Industry Frameworks

Hellobrand incorporates commonly used brand and marketing frameworks (such as SWOT, Brand Archetypes, and similar strategic models) as part of our workflow to support your brand development journey. These frameworks are publicly known or attributed to third-party sources, and Hellobrand does not claim ownership over their original creation.

While we use these tools to guide your strategy, our value lies in the way we’ve adapted, applied, and integrated them into a cohesive experience through our platform.

All content, tools, and templates that are uniquely developed by Hellobrand (such as custom prompts, workflows, dashboards, AI guidance, or user interface) remain the intellectual property of Hellobrand and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside the platform without permission.

If you believe any material used within the platform infringes upon third-party rights, please contact us at info@hellobrand.io so we can promptly investigate.

5. Subcontractor Confidentiality

Any subcontractors or third-party services we use (e.g., developers, consultants, or hosting partners) are required to follow the same confidentiality standards.

6. Feedback

If you share feedback or ideas with us, we may use them to improve Hellobrand. You agree that we can use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
